We are Founding Futures, a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to helping people to access professional coaching, mentoring and community-powered support so that they can create happier, healthier, and fearless futures.

Founding Futures CIC exists to disrupt the systems that keep support out of reach. We’re not here to offer surface-level solutions. We’re here to make that support accessible, for people who’ve been locked out for too long.

Support shouldn’t depend on income, postcode, or proximity to power.
It should be built for real life, and designed to shift futures.

We’re creating programmes that serve those who’ve been excluded, overlooked, or underestimated.
And to do that with integrity, we need your voice.
