The Make It Happen Map™

Because getting something done shouldn't feel this heavy.

The Make It Happen Map™ is a guided custom GPT that helps you turn something important into a clear, realistic 30, 60 or 90 day plan that's built around your life, your energy and what you need to get done.

When YOU KNOW WHAT NEEDS DOING BUT CAN'T QUITE SEE HOW TO BEGIN

It might be:

  • A business idea or launch

  • A work project, an essay, or life admin

  • A change you've been meaning to make

  • A task that's been lurking for longer than you'd like

You’ve been thinking about it for days, weeks, maybe even months.

You’ve opened notes, drafted outlines, promised yourself you’ll sit down with it properly at the weekend. But every time you try to plan it, overwhelm creeps in. There are:

  • Too many moving parts.

  • Not enough time.

  • Too much to think about.

Suddenly the kitchen needs reorganising. Emails feel urgent. Anything seems easier than starting.

You’ve probably tried paper planners, to-do lists, maybe a productivity app. But when they don’t fit how you actually work, when they assume steady energy and linear thinking, things start slipping.

Deadlines edge closer. The mental noise gets louder. So you keep it in your head. Not because you don’t care, but because it feels overwhelming.

It’s not about needing more motivation or trying harder. It’s about being able to see the way forward clearly, so you’ve got what you need to start and, just as importantly, to finish.

A different way to build a plan

The Make It Happen Map™ does not start with what you should do first. It starts with the end.

You define what “done” actually looks like, clearly and practically, whether you're starting from scratch or partway through and need to reset.

Then the process works backwards, step by step, building small, realistic actions around your real capacity. One clear question at a time, in a sequence that makes it manageable rather than overwhelming.

Your real life is built into the plan from the start. Your time, your energy, what else is happening in those 30, 60 or 90 days, and how you want the plan laid out, whether that's a simple list, a table, or a checklist you can tick off as you go

By the end, you have a dated plan that feels realistic and one you can follow.

You can see what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and what to do next, whether you're beginning, picking it back up, or moving it through to the finish.

You'll walk away with...

  • A clear 30, 60 or 90 day plan

  • Defined stages and milestones

  • Realistic next actions

  • Early awareness of potential blockers

  • Notes and reminders attached to each step

  • A format you can copy, print, or transfer into into your calendar or project management tool

It's a plan you can actually follow. It’s a plan that gives you relief.

Less mental noise. Less overwhelm. More steadiness. Progress that feels sustainable.

And importantly, it's no longer a plan living in your head. You can see it.

And that makes moving forward easier.

Designed For Real Working Styles

The Make It Happen Map™ draws on evidence-informed frameworks and reverse engineering psychology, shaped by over a decade of one-to-one client work.

This works best when you focus on one meaningful outcome at a time.

Why Not Just Ask ChatGPT For A Plan?

You can absolutely ask ChatGPT for a plan. What you'll usually receive is a list of tasks.

The Make It Happen Map™ follows a structured planning process.

It's shaped by methods and frameworks that have been used to help real people achieve real and successful outcomes in 1:1 work for over a decade.

It:

  • Works backwards from your outcome

  • Builds around your actual time and capacity

  • Asks questions in a specific sequence

  • Reduces mental load rather than adding to it

  • This is deeper than a surface-level planner

It may be a custom GPT, but there's a human behind it.

Built by someone who has seen what happens when systems don't fit people. It's been designed to work with how you actually think, work, and plan, not against it.

From AI newbie to a clear 90-day launch plan.

I had reservations about using AI for something like this, but this was like someone holding my hand through the planning process. A guide, a friend, someone keeping me on track. Now I've got a clear 90-day plan for my business, including two major launches.

Sarah - CEO & Founder

Far more in depth than I imagined

Working backwards wasn’t natural for me, it's not how I usually work, but it was logical & if I went off track, it gently highlighted the problem and brought me back to the plan.

I underestimated how in depth it would be.

Business Owner

Who needs a thesis supervisor?

I'm writing my thesis and struggle with keeping on track, meeting deadlines & find it all overwhelming. I've used this to plan my next 6 months starting from the day I submit my thesis, to what I'm starting tomorrow - what a great tool this is!!! Thank YOU!

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

We certainly don't mind if you have questions - hopefully these below will help you, but if you're still unsure, get in touch, we're more than happy to help

Why is it only £7?

Because we genuinely believe support should be accessible. The Make It Happen Map™ has been built on a decade of professional frameworks and real client work, but that doesn't mean it needs to come with a premium price tag.

We'd rather it reach more people.

And every penny goes directly to the Founding Futures Forest Fund, so the more people it helps, the more we can build.

It's £7 because that's what feels right.

Is this just a GPT Prompt?

No. It runs inside ChatGPT, but it follows a structured, evidence-informed method. You’re guided step by step to define the outcome clearly and work backwards logically, rather than receiving a generic list of suggestions.

Will it work on the free version of ChatGPT?

Yes, it works on the free version.

However, because the process involves multiple steps and deeper back-and-forth planning, the paid version allows for longer, more detailed conversations at one time. If you want to go deeper, or build more complex plans, the paid version is recommended. The tool does not require it.

Do I need to be good at planning for this to work?

No. The structure does the heavy lifting. You respond in guided prompts, and the plan develops with you.

What if I only have a few hours a week or minor tasks?

That's fine. The process shapes the plan around your capacity whether you have five hours a day or two hours a week, you just tell it what time you have available. Neither is it only suitable for big tasks or projects.

What is the Make It Happen Map™ built on?

It's grounded in evidence‑based frameworks and reverse‑engineered psychological principles that help you break something important into clear, manageable steps. It’s designed to support clarity, reduce overwhelm, and make planning feel more doable.

Do I need to be someone who works backwards?

The Map guides you backwards from the outcome you want, a method that works brilliantly for many people, but not everyone. Some people take a little time to get used to it, and we’re here to help you settle in.

If you already know working backwards isn’t how your brain works, it’s completely okay not to purchase. The right tool should support you, not frustrate you

Is this suitable for neurodivergent brains?

It's been built by someone who is diagnosed ADHD and they've followed this planning method for many years both on their own work and projects and in supporting their clients. Many neurodivergent people find it particularly supportive because it reduces cognitive load and provides visible structure without rigid daily tracking. It works gently with different thinking styles. Plus, it comes with a supporting workbook, just in case you like a visual, a place to jot down notes as you work through it. If it's anything like it's creators spicey brain, that's the norm!

Is it only for business projects?

INo. It can be used for anything at all, work deadlines, business launches, applications, life admin, wellbeing goals, creative projects, or any defined outcome you want to move forward. Users have created a 90 day plan for a new business launch, a 30 day plan to create, launch and sell a brand new journal, a 60 day schedule for planning a house move - it really can work on any project or task which you need or want to get done!

Can it be used more than once?

Absolutely! Your £7 gives you ongoing access. You can return whenever something needs mapping.
